Physical Merchandise
All sales of physical merchandise (including apparel, posters, and accessories) are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage to request a replacement.
Digital Tickets
All digital ticket sales are non-refundable.
• Event Changes: In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified via email regarding credit for future performances or alternate arrangements.
• Transferability: While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. You may gift or sell your digital ticket to another individual; the QR code provided at purchase will be required for entry.
